Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Docker to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize infrastructure across LAMP, MERN, and JAM stacks on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This role also requires collaborating with development teams to optimize environments and working on CI/CD pipelines. A degree in Computer Science is required to ensure a solid foundation in infrastructure and cloud management.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and maintain infrastructure for LAMP, MERN, and JAM stack applications, ensuring performance and scalability.

·         Expertise in managing Docker containers for efficient application deployment and environment consistency.

·         Oversee and optimize cloud environments on AWS, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, and other AWS services.

·         Implement security best practices across the infrastructure, ensuring system integrity and data protection.

·         Lead the CI/CD pipeline management and automation processes, ensuring smooth deployments.

·         Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain a robust QA and deployment pipeline.

·         Conduct performance monitoring and optimization of applications and infrastructure.

·         Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

·         Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, testing across multiple platforms and devices.

·         Understand the architecture of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and ensure proper infrastructure management for these applications.

·         Maintain detailed release documentation and collaborate closely with development and QA teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

·         5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure role.

·         Proven experience managing Docker containers in production environments.

·         Experience managing LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments.

·         Expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, VPC) and cloud infrastructure management.

·         Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD.

·         Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.

·         Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferred but not required).

·         Experience with security testing and enforcing security best practices.

·         Strong knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or Prometheus.

·         Experience with version control tools like Git.

Nice-to-Have:

·         Experience with serverless architectures using tools like AWS Lambda.

·         Familiarity with cloud cost optimization techniques.

·         Experience with multi-cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Azure).
