Description

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in the sales process by engaging with potential clients, demonstrating our solutions, and crafting tailored proposals. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet client needs and align with our capabilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand both business and technical requirements will be key to your success.


Responsibilities
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals that clearly articulate the proposed solution and its benefits to potential clients.
  • Solution Discussion: Collaborate with team leads and technical teams to discuss and refine proposed solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements.
  • Wire framing: Develop wireframes and mock-ups to visually communicate proposed solutions when needed.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the pre-sales phase, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from clients and prospects to improve product offerings and the sales process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirement
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role in a software or technology company.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP/CRM/mobile app systems, wireframing tools, and solution design.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
