Responsibilities

1)    Responsible to develop and secure process control for key processes in the production and maintain records for the same.

2)    Perform Product audits and production risk assessments.

3)    Responsible for compliance of global customers and ISO 9001 requirements are being met all times.

4)    Communicate with global clients such as IKEA, Walmart, third party and Suppliers.

5)    Responsible for interdepartmental coordination.

6)    Developing and following quality policy. Reporting of MIS data to Director on daily basis.

7)    Conduct daily monitoring meeting with Quality team and production Manager to discuss – Process rejection, Final Inspection rejection, Ongoing project updates, etc.

8)    Analyzing root cause and implementing corrective and preventive actions using 8D, Fishbone, Why-Why analysis, and horizontal deployment.

9)     Review, Understand and implement new, updated customer quality requirements and specifications.

10) Monitor final inspection results

 11) Preparing the quality control plans for in-process and final inspection in accordance with the shop floor control plan for various processes.

12) Performing lead role during external surveillances audits (ISO-9001 & ISQS)

13) Reviewing and closure of Non-conformities found during audits.

14) To plan and organize the Management Review Meeting.

15) Preparation of all documents, formats, procedures as per ISO 9001-2015      

 requirement.

16) Conclusion on Non-Conforming goods and implementation of actions defined.

17) Waste reduction and continual improvement plan for product and process

 waste reduction rejection.

18) Preparing the Master list and calibration plan.

19) APQP and preparing, review of PFC, FMEA, Control Plans, related work

 instructions, testing plans.

20) Review and analyze MSA and SPC on processes
