We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Esperanza Health Care Services. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare services to medical professionals and facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers such as doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
• Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and facilities
• Present and demonstrate our healthcare services to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
