Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team at eSign Web Services. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence
• Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach
• Generate and present monthly reports on social media performance and key metrics
