Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will manage HR processes and contribute to the company's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with Escon Elevators' goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in employee relations with the capability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive workplace environment (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in HRIS management for effective handling of employee data and information systems (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in recruitment with an ability to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent understanding of performance management principles to drive employee engagement and productivity across the organization.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements to ensure alignment with labor laws and corporate policies.
- Experience in onboarding new employees efficiently to integrate them into the company's culture and systems.
- Skillful in training and development, helping employees grow and achieve their full potential.
- Familiarity with payroll processing to manage accurate compensation and benefits administration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to meet the company’s talent needs.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR information systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation and training, to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Conduct performance management activities such as assessments and evaluations to develop and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, reviewing policies regularly to align with industry standards.
