Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at eSatisfy HR Solutions. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Familiarity with the staffing industry and recruitment process
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and other lead generation techniques
• Contact potential clients and explain our services and solutions
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up with them
• Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to match suitable candidates with client requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns
