Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and online tools.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and social media to introduce IT products and services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and determining the potential fit for our offerings.
  • Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts and strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them to convert into sales opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services/products industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, or technology trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
