**Job Description:**  

Ernoto is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Software Project Manager Interns** to join our team in Raipur and Bhopal. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring project managers to gain hands-on experience in managing software development projects while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and timelines.  

- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing software projects from initiation to completion.  

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.  

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.  

- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.  

- Document project processes, workflows, and deliverables.  

- Support the team in resource allocation and coordination across various departments.  

**Requirements:**  

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.  

- Strong organizational and time management skills.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  

- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum is a plus).  

- Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or JIRA is desirable.  

- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
