Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate agile/scrum meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software development and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, PHP, etc.) is an added advantage.
