Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong understanding of IT tools, methodologies, and industry-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business objectives, fostering a tech-savvy culture, and supporting the organization's growth in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Utilize IT tools (e.g., ATS systems, HR analytics software) for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand technical roles and hiring needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Build a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
  • Implement tech-based engagement tools for feedback, performance management, and recognition.

Learning & Development:

  • Design training programs focused on IT methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and technical skills.
  • Oversee onboarding programs tailored for IT professionals to ensure smooth integration.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs) using HR and IT tools.
  • Conduct regular appraisals to evaluate employee growth and align with business goals.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use IT tools and software to track HR metrics (attrition rate, employee satisfaction, etc.).
  • Generate reports and actionable insights to support decision-making.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Create and implement HR policies tailored to IT professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific standards.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs in alignment with business goals.
  • Drive HR initiatives supporting IT trends, such as remote work and upskilling.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, preferably in IT/tech-driven organizations.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with IT tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack.
  • Understanding of IT methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
  • Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
