Responsibilities & Key Deliverables : 

 80% -Training & Development / independently manage this for mfg. unit

20%- HR operations ; employee activities, events, induction, documents, hr support, audits etc.  

• Design Training Calendar based on the basis of training needs identification. 

• To ensure timely delivery of all commitments with respect to training, list them in order of importance. Impart internal training to employees.

 • To identify and finalize training Partners / Vendors to conduct External and Internal Trainings

• Measuring the effectiveness of each training program conducted for future corrective action 

• Time office & Leaves management • Leads employee activities and events sponsored.
