Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Equinox Labs. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Stay updated about industry trends, competitors, and new products/services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies and processes
