Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operation Executive. As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of various processes and functions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai (Rabale), Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Advance Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with operational processes and procedures would be an advantage
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Flexible in shift time
• Immediate joiners preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sending all the reports to the clients,
• Tracking of collections and Coordinating with clients for day-to-day Operations.
• Prepare a daily MIS report.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration

Salary

• 14000/- In hand and 16000/- Gross Salary fixed (non negotiable)
• Shift time: morning shifts only - 10 to 6.30 pm 11.00 am or 12 to 7.30/8.00 pm
• Candidates needs to flexible in shifts time
