Job Overview

We are seeking a Chemist- (Air Analyst) with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Equinox Labs, one of India's leading FSSAI Notified, NABL Accredited, and ISO Certified Food, Water, and Air Testing Laboratory. As a Chemist- (Air Analyst), you will be responsible for conducting air quality analysis, performing tests, and interpreting results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in air quality analysis or related laboratory work.
• Strong knowledge of environmental testing, Ambient Air Sample, Stack Sample, Indoor Air Sample and standards.
• Experience in working with sophisticated analytical instruments and equipment.
• Reporting of analyzed samples as per protocol
• Maintain all quality related documents
• Participation in PT & ILC Test
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct air quality analysis using sophisticated instruments and equipment.
• Collect air samples from various sources and ensure proper handling.
• Perform laboratory tests to determine levels of pollutants, contaminants, and other substances.
• Interpret test results and compare them with regulatory standards to assess compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings and recommendations.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
