Job Overview

Equinox Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry will be a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Present and demonstrate Equinox Labs' products and services to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
