1.Calibration of Instruments.

2. Analysis of Fatty acid , cholesterol & alcohol.

3. Analysis of food sample as per FSSAI (Nutritional Labeling).

4. Reporting of analyzed samples as per protocol.

5. Maintain all quality related documents

6. Participation in PT & ILC programmed

7. Maintaining stock of chemicals & glassware's, method development
