Job Overview: We are seeking both a skilled Technical Recruiter and a non-technical Recruiter to join our HR department and play pivotal roles in expanding our IT teams. As a Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and engage with candidates for technical roles, contributing to the enhancement of our employer brand and ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent. You will work closely with IT team leaders to understand departmental goals and hiring needs, thereby reducing time-to-hire and building a strong pipeline of tech talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.

·        Create and post job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles.

·        Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, networking events, and other creative methods.

·        Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge with position requirements.

·        Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

·        Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

·        Facilitate the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

·        Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.

·        Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Experience: 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience.
