JOB DESCRIPTION:  Good experience in creating RCM processes training material, implementing training plan and imparting training for RCM processes.  Good understanding of soft skills training requirements at different levels, creating and implementing soft skills training plan, imparting soft skills training will be an added advantage.  Responsible for discussing and coming up with strategies for program rollout across the organization.  Build a Learning & Development framework to drive performance, capability and create a talent pipeline in the organization.  Driving adoption of Digital Learning across the organization.  Responsible for doing post training analysis and feedback for each training.  Responsible to manage a team of trainers across multiple locations. Requirements  Minimum of 8+ years of experience.  Should be having experience of managing training function.  Willing to work in night shift.
