Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent OR  Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or  MBA Finance or equivalent OR  CA/CPA with over 2 years of experience  2+ years' professional experience in General Ledger function.

Key Skills

 Proven working experience as Accounts and Finance Manager with leadership/team handling skills  Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures  Experience with general ledger functions, financial reporting, month-end/year end close process (finalization of accounts), and preparation of financial statements  Hands on experience in balance sheet, profit & loss assessment, budget, cost control and fund flow management  Strong understanding on consolidation of accounting principles and procedures dealing with multi entity level consolidations and asymmetrical accounting differences.  In-depth knowledge of Indian & US GAAP auditing standards, business processes. Responsible for implementing internal controls and introduce policies to achieve the corporate objectives  Possess good communication skills
