Reporting to: Team Lead

EqualizeRCM India, headquartered in Mysuru since 2005, employs 1,000 back-office medical professionals in its Mysuru office and 200+ in its newly opened office in Coimbatore. Our India office employees provide varied services in Accounts Receivables, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Denials Management, Credentialing and Contracting, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working on complete Provider Enrollment process and Maintaining provider “CAQH Proview” profile.

Job Summary

  • Ability to talk to Insurance companies & check provider’s current enrollment status, obtain Procedure to get a provider enrolled and complete Applications/Request as required by the insurance companies.
  • Should complete Applications/Request/CAQH with required accuracy.
  • Document Conversations/Findings/Action taken on the provider’s account.
  • Meet compliance requirements like HIPAA etc.
  • Meet QMS and ISMS requirements.
  • Meet productivity and Quality Standards.

Qualifications

  • Completion of any Bachelor’s degree without current backlogs.

Key Skills

Essential: WPM.

Desired:

  • Good Communication with logical reasoning.
  • Good typing speed with a minimum typing of 25.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Should be able to work on simple tasks with Supervision/Guidance.
  • Should ensure 100% attendance and show not have any unapproved absenteeism.
  • Should be a reliable team player and collaborate in solving any issues that might possibly arise in day-to-day transactions.
