Job Responsibilities :

- Develop new stitchless garment technologies and bonding techniques (e.g., adhesives, heat sealing, ultrasonic, laser welding)

- Work closely with product designers to translate design concepts into stitchless prototypes

- Develop and refine stitchless garment construction techniques to improve production efficiency and product quality.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues in stitchless assembly processes and recommend corrective actions.

Must Have Skills : Experience with non-sewing Garment technologies, including adhesives, ultrasonic welding, heat sealing, and laser bonding.
