We are currently seeking a highly skilled WordPress Engineer to join our team. As a WordPress Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and designing websites using various technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and WordPress, and integrating APIs, payment gateways, and SMS gateways. You should also possess proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, reseller web hosting, and e-mail hosting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress, and other relevant web development tools.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and SMS gateways into WordPress websites.
• Troubleshoot e-mail issues during on-site visits and virtual meetings.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to the internal team and clients.
• Maintain existing websites and perform necessary updates as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Conduct website speed tests and optimize performance.
• Ensure website security and adhere to data privacy standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in website development and design.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress, JavaScript, and API integration.
• Familiarity with payment gateway and SMS gateway integration.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, reseller web hosting, and e-mail hosting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in the English language to ensure excellent spelling and grammatical accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform site audits and optimize website performance.
• Experience in handling SEO tasks for existing and upcoming projects.

Remuneration:

The remuneration for this position is INR 40,000–50,000 per month (all-inclusive).
