Job Description

Manage a team who works closely with and are a part of geographically-distributed, cross-functional, and highly-collaborative product team that builds high-performing, extensible, and secure SAP solutions that advance business innovation efforts; ensuring the dimensions of proper systems composition, integration, scalability, and sup-portability are present in the design and visible in the finished product.

· Enable the team to challenge, innovate, experiment and identify opportunities that create long term value

· Review the solutions proposed and apply effective challenge process and minimize customization's in the system.

· Partner with Functional Leads/product owners to continually evaluate and improve processes to maximize team efficiencies, ensure a positive consumer experience, high level of collaboration and ensure adequate staffing to meet changing customer demands

· Build talent for now and for the future to provide a global, shared services capability for KOCH

· Provide on-going coaching and feedback by having honest discussion and trusted relationships with Leaders/team members to grow in potential to advance their skills.

· Foster an environment that promotes knowledge development and learning (challenge, experimentation, knowledge networks, etc.), leading to business and personal transformation.

· Continuously learn Koch s PBM Culture and propagate its application across the global team as a culture carrier.

What You Will Need To Bring With You:

(Experience & education required)

· Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with 3 to 5 years of overall IT experience.

· Strong initiative with the ability to seek out opportunities that can create additional value for the organization.

· Experience in managing complex SAP landscape 5 years of experience in configuring SAP systems with expert knowledge on any of the SAP Functional modules viz., MM, FI/CO, PP.

· Strong desire to own the development and career path direction of team.

· Strong decision making, critical thinking, organizational and analytical skills

· Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce

· Effective communication skills across a range of audiences

· Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal direction

Experience:- 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
