Job Overview

Eovix is seeking a dynamic Co-Founder for an executive-level position on a part-time basis. The role is based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kerala, Delhi, Noida, or Amritsar. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years of experience to our vibrant team, with a focus on driving strategic growth and innovation in the education industry. This role demands outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, along with expertise in business development and strategic planning. As a co-founder, the candidate is also expected to invest in the company, contributing both financially and strategically to help Eovix expand its reach and impact.

• Extensive experience in fundraising with a proven track record of securing financial support to drive company growth and expansion.
• Strong expertise in business development, with the ability to identify and exploit new market opportunities to increase the company's reach and profitability.

• Excellent leadership abilities, including inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving ambitious outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring sustainability and growth.

• Expertise in product management to lead the development and enhancement of educational offerings that meet industry demands.

• Lead fundraising initiatives and secure partnerships that align with our education mission and enhance resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, universities, and governmental agencies.
• Oversee business development activities to expand our presence in existing and new markets, driving growth and innovation.
• Guide the design and delivery of courses and training programs that fulfill industry needs and maintain educational excellence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of company projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to refine Eovix’s offerings and keep pace with industry advancements.
• Support the integration of sustainability principles in educational content to promote environmental responsibility and innovation.
