Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Environmental Resources Management Corporation. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Human Resources Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
