Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
