We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SOC (System and Organization Controls) Audit Consultant to join our team. The SOC Audit Consultant will be responsible for assessing our organization's systems, controls, and processes to ensure compliance with SOC standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, information security, and risk management, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct SOC audits in accordance with AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) standards, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reports.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of information systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation, interview personnel, and perform testing of controls.
• Analyze audit findings and identify areas for improvement in controls and processes.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and remediation plans.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on SOC compliance requirements and best practices.
• Stay current with evolving SOC standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance, with a focus on SOC audits.
• Deep understanding of SOC frameworks, AICPA standards, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience conducting SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
