Job Description:

As a Senior Accounts Associate at Entigrity, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data, ensuring accurate accounting, and delivering insightful financial analysis. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with our clients and team members to provide exceptional accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
4. Month-end and Year-end Closing: Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and client-specific financial policies.
8. Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to address inquiries and provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Preferred professional qualifications: CA, CPA, CA Inter.
• Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
