Job Overview

We are hiring a US Accountant & Tax Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing accounting and tax consulting services to our clients in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of small and mid-sized accounting firms, assisting them in managing their finances and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, offering a salary range of $11 per hour. As a junior position, we require candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

Qualifications and Skills

• CA Inter or Semi Qualified CA
• 3 years of articleship experience
• Good English communication skills
• Familiarity with US and Canadian accounting and tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work in shift timings of 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Immediate joiner preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, including preparing and filing tax returns
• Assist clients in managing their accounting systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian tax regulations
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their accounting and tax-related concerns
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
