Job Description
The Sales Manager position requires a proven track record in the international domain with a focus on collaborating effectively with digital marketing teams. Must have substantial experience in B2B sales This role demands exceptional business acumen, street-smart approach, and a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage and lead a team of 7 or more individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Domain Expertise: Leverage prior experience and knowledge of the international market to identify sales opportunities, establish strategies, and drive revenue growth.
2. Collaboration with Digital Marketing: Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and maximized outcomes.
3. Business Acumen: Display a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to develop effective sales plans that capitalize on emerging opportunities.
4. Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of 10 or more sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, motivation, and goal achievement. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
5. Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Implement strategies to overcome obstacles and meet/exceed sales goals.
6. Networking and Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the international sphere to enhance business prospects and foster long-term partnerships.
• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years experience in sales roles within the international domain.
• Digital Marketing Collaboration: Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with digital marketing teams to drive sales objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
