Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Grievance Handling:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
• Listen to and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain records of grievances and resolutions.
• Work closely with management to ensure a harmonious workplace.

1. Attendance Management:

• Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Manage leave applications and ensure compliance with leave policies.
• Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

1. Payroll Management:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.

1. Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Management:

• Manage PF and ESIC accounts for employees.
• Ensure timely submission of PF and ESIC contributions.
• Handle employee queries related to PF and ESIC.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of HR software and payroll systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Experience with grievance handling, attendance management, payroll processing, and PF/ESIC management.
