Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, mass emailing, social media, and networking.
- Research and identify potential clients, and build a database of prospects.
- Cold Calling and Outreach:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce Entigrity’s services/products to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Mass Emailing:
- Create and execute mass email campaigns to reach a broad audience of potential clients.
- Develop compelling email content and manage email lists.
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize results.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on market analysis and business development activities.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling and mass emailing.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and mass emailing.
