Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, mass emailing, social media, and networking.
  • Research and identify potential clients, and build a database of prospects.
  1. Cold Calling and Outreach:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce Entigrity’s services/products to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  1. Mass Emailing:
  • Create and execute mass email campaigns to reach a broad audience of potential clients.
  • Develop compelling email content and manage email lists.
  • Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize results.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on market analysis and business development activities.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with marketing strategies.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and mass emailing.
