Responsibility;

● Efficiently screening the talent pool to identify the best fit right at the first stage of the interview process.

● Maintaining timely contact with candidates and hiring managers to keep all interested parties apprised of the interview process and status.

● Coordinating with all key stakeholders across offices globally for requirement gathering and executing the necessary actions to tap the local candidate market.

● Guiding and mentoring the junior members in the team to maximize efficiency of the recruitment team.

● Preparing and presenting timely recruitment progress reports to the Global lead and the Management.

● Periodic reviews of the current recruitment process and adapting industry best practices to reduce hiring TATs Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves):

● 5 - 8 Years of hands on #e2e recruitment experience, specializing in hiring for technical roles

● Should have extensively worked on filling #IT positions such as #frontendengineer (#angularjs ), #backendengineer (#NodeJS), #firmwareengineer ( #Linux), #Android & #iosdeveloper , #javadeveloper , #Networking Protocol, #dataspecialist etc.,

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (emphasis on persuasion and negotiation skills)

● Thorough knowledge in technical recruitment (exclusive sourcing, lead generation, screening & candidature processing).

● Experience hiring for #APAC and #EMEA regions.

● Hands-on experience with head hunting resources from tech platforms.

● Experience in using more than one recruitment platform.

● Prior experience working with HR Consultancy.

● Experience in setting up recruitment processes and practices from scratch ● Possessing a flare for training and mentoring.
