Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Enterslice. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including payroll, employee benefits design, performance management, new hires, attendance management, and policy development. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management
- Extensive knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits design
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee development
- Experience in policy development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in HR software and systems
- Certification in HR management is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR operations, including payroll, employee benefits design, performance management, new hires, attendance management, and policy development
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and employee development
- Create and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
- Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively
