&nbsp;Requirements – 1st&nbsp;Prior sales or customer service experience of minimum 6 months in Insurance, Banks, NBFCs and TPAs,&nbsp;2nd&nbsp;Fluency in Hindi or English (the accent should be of Delhi NCR , western UP, Haryana, Punjab )3rd Candidate must have some sales experience and it is a desk job.Relationship managers&nbsp;oversee the development and execution of policies that cater to customer relationships. This includes networking with outside agencies and also ensuring internal policies and protocols are being monitored and executed.

Sales of insurance policies through agents in the assigned location&nbsp; • Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. • Handling the insurance retail product. • Maintaining relationships with the agents. • Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, &amp; Operations. • To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner. Training &amp; motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.

Job Description: 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Verification of Health Insurance Claims to evaluate the genuinely and conformity to policy T&amp;C 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Visits to Various Health Care providers such as hospitals, diagnostic centres etc. to ascertain facts 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Visit to Policy Holder and Patients 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a field job with 7 days working and 01 weekly off, the same can be on any weekday basis roaster. Those working on official holidays as per roaster shall be given weekly off
