We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Color Cosmetic Production Manager to oversee and manage the production of our diverse range of color cosmetic products.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling : Develop and execute production plans to meet demand forecasts and deadlines.

Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal production output.

Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to address changes in demand or supply.

Raw Material Procurement and Inventory Management : Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and packaging components.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock levels efficiently.

Quality Control and Assurance : Implement and maintain strict quality control processes to ensure that all cosmetic products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.

Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize production downtime.

Implement best practices and innovative techniques to optimize manufacturing processes.

Team Management and Leadership : Supervise and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.

Equipment Maintenance and Safety : Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.

Budgeting and Cost Control : Manage the production budget, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality.

Collaboration and Innovation : Work closely with Research and Development teams to introduce new color formulations, product innovations, and improved manufacturing methods.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Environmental Sustainability : Drive initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of production processes, such as waste reduction and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in cosmetic production management, with a focus on color cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic manufacturing (FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
