Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at Eneblur Consulting in Hubli. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic from social media channels.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Like Google Analytics).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

Work Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing Field.

Language: English, Kannada & Hindi [ Preferred ] 

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Hubli - 580020, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
