The candidate needs to be an expert in providing Consultation, Implementation, Support and setting up 3rd party Integration of Zoho applications with 3rd party applications.</p><p>Responsibilities include working with System Architects and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and solution architecture also, working in an agile development environment.</p><h1>Required Skills:</h1><ul><li>Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SaaS, CRM and Integrations with Zoho</li><li>Expert level Experience on Zoho.com</li><li>Solid Experience in Zoho Creator tool</li><li>Experience in working with different Zoho products</li><li>Create custom Zoho apps to automate processes</li><li>Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports, embedding forms/reports/pages, email, SMS campaigns.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment comprising of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines</li><li>Experience in technical roles on at least 4 to 5 full-lifecycle Zoho implementations, with strong expertise in Zoho products</li><li>Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries</li><li>Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles</li><li>Strong background with Object-Oriented programming languages, and knowledge of a server</li><li>Experience developing advanced business logic solutions using Zoho</li><li>Comfortable providing time estimates and managing feedback loops.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.</li><li>Driven to rigorously test and refine code to get the design right.</li><li>Monitor and preview implementation of junior developer – code review and best code practices</li><li>Excellent spoken &amp; written English, willingness to work in night shift, interact with clients.</li></ul><h1>EVEN BETTER</h1><ul><li>Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, efficiently in different vertical</li><li>Zoho administration &amp; configuration.</li><li>Zoho deployment experience for development- using multiple Zoho products, VCRM, Zoho Mobile Apps</li><li>Experience developing scalable and performing applications using .NET and SQL Server.</li><li>Ability to work independently and across product teams.</li><li>Exposure to entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application.</li><li>Proficiency in data migration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRM to Zoho.com.</li><li>Experience in systems integration (SSO and Web Services), third party integration , proficiency in integrating calling app</li><li>Design and develop advanced customizations on Zoho.com and Force.com</li><li>Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements &amp; Design documents</li><li>Demonstrate deep knowledge of Zoho.com capabilities around Communities, Mobility, Sharing, Identity Management, Integration, multitenant design</li><li>Build and present customized demos using the declarative and programmatic capabilities of the force.com platform;</li><li>Develop high level effort estimates and distribute development tasks to team members and mentor developers towards solution development and successful delivery of project engagement</li><li>Help set technical standards and guidelines for Zoho, and coach developers on reusability, best practices etc.</li></ul><p>Running workshops, working closely with client, able to talk about trade-offs e.g. terms of configuration vs customizations</p><ul><li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment</li></ul><p><br></p>
