Elite Manpower & Training Academy is seeking a Junior Level Telecommunications professional to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications and ensuring high-quality service delivery, leveraging their expertise in telecommunications within the human resources services industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent active listening skills to accurately capture client needs while maintaining engagement (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating objectives and maintaining productive dialogue with clients (Mandatory skill)
  • Effective upselling techniques to maximize client value and enhance service offerings
  • Ability to conduct in-depth customer needs analysis for bespoke service recommendations
  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service delivery
  • Solid negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients
