We are Hiring candidates for Service Team Lead (Appliances ) Non IT


Location : Chennai (T.Nagar)


CTC: Upto 3 LPA


Experience : Minimum 1 year


Candidates from Home or Kitchen Appliances are preferable.


Customer Service Team Leader Job Description:


a)   Empowers ASC’s & team members to provide a delightful customer experience within TAT through helpful knowledge, friendly service and a caring approach.

b)   Manage and monitor day to day activities of the ASC & Customer Service team.

c)   Monitor and ensure response day to day customer enquiries.

d)   Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and escalations.

e)   Supervising and giving direction to a team of ASC customer service representatives and ensuring a smooth work flow process for all customer calls.

f)    Manage and monitor day to day activities of the ASC & Customer Service team.

g)   Follow-up of ASC’s outstanding and their credit limits to ensure proper flow of spares billings.

h)   Review of ASC’s to develop and implement processes to meet customer and company directives.

i)     Conduct regular audit of ASC’s and customer site audits.

j)     Interaction with spares team, commercial team to ensure proper flow of spare orders and other requirements.

k)   Frequent visit of dealer and distributor points to collect the feedback about products and service.

l)     Facilitate business continuity by tracking and ensuring responses to related communications and representing the team in meetings.

m) Coordinate activities with other teams to support for documentation.


Qualifications for customer service team leader:


a)   Minimum 1-2 Years’ Experience in Customer Service.

b)   Experience of customer service at supervisor level, preferably with small or large appliances industry.

c)   Good computer software abilities including Microsoft Office.

d)   Experience in challenging customer service environments.

e)   Extensive experience of leading teams and customer care in operations.

f)    Should have valid DL.
