Required ASM for FMCG products for Jharkhand

-         HQ Jamshedpur / Patna

-         Background – FMCG foods (preferable from biscuit or mass distributed products such as chips / toffee / etc.)

-         Experience in working with highly perishable items with short shelf-life

-         Minimum experience of 10-12 years with at least 6 years of managerial experience with on-roll team handling

-         Super-stockist and sub-distributor distribution model exposure

-         Scheme handling / budgeting / recruitment / competitor tracking / team management / expansion / data handling / reporting / excel knowledge

-         Max age of 50 years

-         Travel intensive job

-         Should have a personal 2-wheeler

-         No integrity or dishonesty issues

-         Should have the passion to grow with the company

-         Thorough background verification to be done with past company history, etc.
