Required Junior Quality Inspection Engineer from Mechanical background with 1 to 3 years of job experience working for automotive parts manufacturing companies.

Job location - Maraimalai Nagar Chengalpattu. Candidates willing to stay at company provided accomodation shall apply.

Thorough Knowledge of Reading of Engineering Drawings. 

Must have worked in ISO / IATF Environment.

Candidates from Light Engineering and Automobile Component Manufacturing Industries are preferred.

Must have experience in Handling of General Measuring Instruments , Inspection Gauges , QA Laboratory Equipment’s and Instruments is must.

Experience in Receiving Inspection of Raw Material (Ferrous / Non Ferrous), Consumables and Packing Materials

In-process Inspection and Final Inspection of Forgings and Machined Components

Education & Training of QA Inspectors.

Experience in Reduction of Customer Complaints (Both Technical & Commercial) , Internal Rejections and Elimination of Waste.

Good Knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO / IATF ) , APQP, PPAQ Documentation (Including SPC, MSA)

Exposure to VMC ( Vendor Management Cell) - Vendor Selection, Vendor Assessment , Vendor approval , Vendor Audit and Vendor Rating. For Raw Materials and Sub Contracting Parts.

Candidate must have worked in ERP Environment 

Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reporting.

Communication :  Good Command over English.
