Resolving Complaints: Investigating and resolving customer complaints or disputes effectively, aiming to achieve a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.

Escalating Issues: Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments within the organization for further investigation and resolution.

Documenting Interactions: Recording details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for future reference and analysis.
