Urgently looking for "Wedding Head" in leading Hospitality Management company at Bangalore Location.
Job Title: Wedding Head
Experience: Min. 10 years
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary Range: UP to 35 Lacs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

- Have 10+ years of Wedding Planning/event planning experience
Need candidates who are running their own business or company in wedding planning (Specially handled premium wedding)
NOTE : Looking for candidates who have their own Venture in Wedding/ Events or Hospitality Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Premium Weddings Management:
- Work closely with clients to help them plan their event and deliver top class service.
- Oversee the planning and execution of premium weddings , ensuring each event exceeds client expectations.
- Lead the creative direction and design concepts for weddings, incorporating client preferences and current trends to deliver unique and unforgettable experiences.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of planners and assistant planners, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and ensure team members are equipped with the resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development.
- Business Development | Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the vendor manager and operations managers to coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources for each event.
- Collaborate with the relationship managers and sales managers to onboard new clients, understand their needs, and tailor wedding packages to meet their expectations.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal operations teams, to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution of events.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business and enhancing our service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation to elevate the quality of our events and differentiate Meragi Celebrations in the market.
