Urgently looking for "Visa Counsellor" in leading visa consulting firm at Vadodara.

Job Title: Visa Counsellor

Experience: 1+ years

Work Location: Vadodara

Job Description: 

• Attend walk-ins and handling client interactions over phone & email, customer query in terms of the queries related to short-stay i.e. Tourist Visa, Business Visa and Family/Friend Visit Visa for Schengen countries, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, USA.

• Provide professional Guidance in Counseling, Registration, Visa Appointments and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

• Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

• Review ongoing cases and new legislation and accordingly advice clients.

• Must have a minimum of 1-year work experience in client handling, Lodging Visa Application, Tracking the progress & process of Tourist Visa, Business Visa and Family/Friend Visit Visa applications for different countries.

• Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.
