Job Title: Purchase Coordinator / Executive 

Experience: 2+ years 

Work Location: Mumbai 

Core Skill Require

·      Bachelor's degree and or relevant experience of 2-3 years in procurements preferably from Pharma Industry

·      Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

·      High attention to details

·      Ability to make quick decisions.

·      Organizational skills

·      Written and verbal communication skills

·      Customer service skills

·      Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

·      Ability to work independently.

·      Ability to thrive under pressure.

Job Profile

·      Identify & locate suppliers, using sources such as data, catalogs, portals and the internet, knowledge of sourcing APIs with regulatory support, BDI, Specialty Chemicals, Herbal, Cosmetic Raw material etc.

·      Sending Inquiries/RFQs by emails & tele calling follow ups for quotations

·      Recording quotations in ERP & Excel sheets. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.

·      Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.

·      Determine the lowest cost for products/materials.

·      Communicate quotes and costs to management.

·      Respond to suppliers to inquire about order status, changes, or cancellations.

·      Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies.
