1. The Java and JSP Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based web applications(JSP).
2. This includes working with a team of developers to create new features, fix bugs, and improve performance.
3. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java, JSP, and related technologies.
4. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have Skills:

 2+ years of experience in Java development

 Experience with JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Proficiency in writing SQL queries and familiarity with database systems.

 Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile development practices.

Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using JSP technology.

 Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best coding practices and standards.

 Work with a team of developers to create new features, fix bugs, and improve performance.

 Write efficient, reliable, scalable, well-documented, and well-tested code using Java, JSP, and related technologies.

 Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely

resolutions.

 Perform unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of developed

applications.

 Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.

 Work with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that applications meet business requirements.

 Stay up-to-date on the latest Java technologies
