The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in project management and software development, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, showcasing successful leadership in software development projects.
• Proven expertise in software development, with hands-on experience in delivering complex software solutions. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. (Mandatory skill)
• Profound understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Exceptional team leadership skills to build, guide, and motivate teams towards project success.
• Strong abilities in resource planning and management to ensure optimal utilization of team members.
• Experience in software delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of software projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and oversee Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
