Urgently looking for “Talent Acquisition Specialist” in one reputed IT Company at Ahmadabad Location.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Work Location: S.G Highway, Ahmadabad

Working Days: 5 Days

Gender: Female Only.

Key skills:

·        1+ years of talent acquisition experience. Working experience with any IT Company,

·        Hands-on experience on Sourcing Skills, social media and job boards,

·        Experience in Various Job Portals,

·        Excellent communication, written, negotiation and time management skills with attention to detail,

·        Masters’ Degree in Human Resources or related field,

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

·        Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines.

·        Creating and implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.

·        Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

·        Reviewing employment applications and background check reports

·        Partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

·        Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

·        Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, and present the report to the leadership team.
